A vicious competition among government at all levels has prevailed during the last 30 years. What is the purpose? Why do the folks you elect become traitors and side with the hired help?
Much of the rivalry between government and citizens has been driven by the desire to achieve wealth, power, and prestige. Government is suppose to serve the citizens, and it should not serve the bureaucracy. The bureaucracy should be the tail; however, over the last 30 years it has become the head.
In previous years as today when government goes against government it is usually to add wealth to one nation or another. The goal was to acquire land and its natural resources, together with the people who worked the land, and this was the primary method of adding to wealth, power, and prestige. Most if not all these items are fixed. To add to territorial holdings meant seizing land from some other government. And that usually meant war! Rivalry among governments still prevails in this day and age. However, the government that represents you has also chosen to seek more and more from each and every citizen in order to increase and gain even more wealth, power, and prestige at your individual expense.

Your Twi-lite Super never had any board members in our school district that would question anything she was doing. That is the environment that she functions best. She is very limited in sound decision making and will usually make the wrong decision when she makes a decision at all.
As long as she has HER coach and HER football she is happy.
We found her to be prejudice and a rascist. She does not like black people because they intimidate her and most blacks can not help her.
I am still amazed how Pittsburg fell for hiring her. She is nothing but a zero.

Brison never would question her or her him. That is the relationship of two users. Brison is so stupid, he told people that when bobkat bid on the lawn mowing, legally, he told the paper it ought to be against the law and that most people thought it was. Mr. Brison along with the 3 stooges (stansbury, arnwine, and Bubba Hawkins, sorry carter) then proceeded to break the law. they violated state bidding procedures, but the district attorney, and the rest of the uneducated masses who reside in Camp county thought that was fine. When brison sits on both the appraisal board and school board and drills a water well at the county park without bidding then i guess that is o.k. he must not use the same thinking when it comes to himself, but he never has before, why start now? Back to that Supt, not only did she violate board policy protecting the four stooges, she hired an attorney P.I.S.D. got rid of in 2000 who protected the old Supt who got indicted on 7 felonies instead of looking out for the school. He is a joke across the state, but I guess crooked supts use the same crooked attorneys.
Brison,arnwine and Johns just hired the same construction manager who they know built ex- supt lynn Marshall a lake house in Waxachie after P.i.s.d. built the 2.5 million dollar synthetic turf and field house along with approximately 12 million dollars of other construction. They did not go out for bid for this job, I wander which board member or administrator needs a vacation home this time.
Lynn Marshall is capable of anything. It would not surprise me if there were not "under-the-table" dealings between him and these architects and construction company.
PISD board should have stayed away from this bunch. There are so many reputable construction companies out there.
Whatever happened to competetive bidding when spending taxpayers dollars that were questionably obtained?

She has compromised the whole district and community with her inequities. She recruited the Manley's here by buying them (three year contracts and $150,000 annual salary. Manley's first assistant draws near $60,000 annually and can not pass a teaching certification test after attempting it several times. Coach Johnson should be making aide's pay of less than $20,000 per year.
Debra Manley is hardly ever at shool. She comes and goes as she pleases. The principal knows not to question her because she is tw-lites girl.
This inequity could (and should) one day turn into a class-action lawsuit against the school district for a discriminating pay schedule.
One black coach is caught with drugs and is terminated. One white coach is caught with the same thing and nothing happens to him. There is no consistency. Everyone is treated according to who they are.
There is no way that such inequities can be justified except that Pollan wants to keep Manley happy and the fact that she will do ANYTHING for football.
What is the school board doing when all of this is happening under their noses?
Nothing, because twi-lite has connived, schemed, and lied with her treachery to sugar coat these inequities and the "mushrooms" believe her.
A federal court jury might not be so easy on her. I wonder what that might cost the school district. Twi-lite could care less because by then she will be gone and the federal problems become someone else's problem.
Why aren't our board members trying to protect our school district instead of spending more taxpayers dollars?
I do not think that they are smart enough to know the difference.
It is time to put loud mouth Brison off the board. He has been a board member through all of this.
And by the way, Manley is the one that asked for the new "multi-use" facility.
If this is true it is a shame on all of us.
If this community spent as much time attending government meetings as they do spreading gossip they would know this is the truth
Inside sources say that twi-lite is very upset and totally distracted. When her coaches are mentioned she just loses it. That is where her main interests are.
Every comment on this site is a personal attack at someone! I guess if the owner of this site agrees with you he won’t ask you not to make personal attacks.
